I personally don't use anything smaller than a size 3.0 and ...

Re: Metung area?
Thanks for the input all. Looks like we'll try the Tambo and will bring the soft plastics too and see how that goes!

Metung area?

We were thinking of sinking some baits by the Tambo in the morning and maybe hiring a boat for a few...

Blairgowrie 21/11
After a long hiatus of not fishing, I found a window where I was able to some squidding over the weekend. Arriving at Blairgowrie at 5:30am on Saturday with daylight beginning to break through and peak high tide to arrive before 8am, with some luck I was hoping to find the squid proactive. Within 10...

Re: Can someone reccommend a good rod for casting slugs in the surf
I previously had a Samaki Zing 9ft and that was an excellent rod until the bottom half started to splinter. Mind you, I had a cracker of a season on the Salmon and I had bought it second hand.
Currently have a Major Craft 9'6 Skyroad which I've yet to use.

Hi Josh,
Does it have to be specifically Yozuri? New or used? I have a range of Shimano, Clicks, Rui ect. Some new, some used.
