With lockdown, comes more fishing gear purchases. Anyways, looking at a travel rod that can permanently stay in the boot of the car.

Type of fishing will be SPs on a 2000 or 2500 reel. Species will be landbased predominately, so thinking 1-3kg or 2-4kg

Love to hear suggestions.

The last time it opened up, the mullet were flapping about on the beach having a jolly good ol' time

There were heaps at the end of Huntingdale Court, Rowville.
Little pond there, mind you, that was years ago

I go across to Licola and fish the Macalister for trout, it's a bit over an hours drive from Sale. Saltwater, I'll go over to the silt jetties at Eagle Point for bream or to Seaspray/Golden Beach for salmon etc. Beautiful thanks bud. Heading to rye this weekend so no fishing for me. Hope next weeke...
