I've fished Jubilee but never even heard of Wombat. Where is it, Exactly? I can't find anything titles Wombat Reservoir on the map. I see Wombat Creek Dam. is that it?

You know, I drive around Hepburn lag. Couldn't see a direct path to the water other than cutting through a paddock. Have you been there?

Decent fishing from shore? Or can you rent a boat or something there?

Well, had some success this year, including a fattie redfin out of Lake Jubilee, but I think I am ready to give local streams and rivers a chance for wild trout. Any suggestions on decent holes in the Grampians area? I'd even be willing to go East Baccus Marsh and as far South as Geelong. Soft plast...
