Also allow an extra $5K in your budget to have your own independent building inspector who WORKS for you and not the builder. Went to seen a few display homes today and they said i have to pay a.extra charge to build in a rural area but they wouldnt tell me how much. Thanks everyone, I hoping to be up early and have a crack at it.

Those gillies squid jigs with a float and a very long leader are they designed to be dropped off boats?

I will be looking fortward to landing a few squid and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
