Thanks guys :) Was certainly frustrating but I've been on a bit of dry streak fish wise so I was pretty stoked when I landed a fish even if it was the hardest mullet I've ever worked for haha

Compleat Angler in Ringwood has live bass yabbies and pippis which are collected from Venus Bay (or so they say) then frozen. I've used the pippis before and whilst I'd rather collect my own over using them they're still 100 times better than any packaged pippis. They seem to be the next best thing...

Have a look at the atomic arrows estuary sul and the bream surface rods. Otherwise daiwa has some nice rods in that price range as well I'll have a look at the atomics mate thank you! I've been looking at a few of the daiwa's they look pretty decent. Any specific Daiwa rods you'd recommend? The td ...
