Shallow Inlet Landbased
Hi guys. Been a while since posting here. Going to Shallow inlet for first time staying at the caravan park next week. Not sure if Shallow inlet is classed as Gippsland either but anyway. Going to go to tidal River at prom for a day and do family stuff but will like to try the inlet at some point. H...

Frankston Snapper attempt tips
At last some freedom with boating. I managed to find out that Frankston Boat hire is putting boats out so I'm out tomorrow for 3 hours. I'm planning on drifting for squid over the weedy area on Oliver's hill (as seen on Google earth) and may be some flatties n whiting and then trying for snapper out...

$$ for Fishing out from Frankston
Is anyone who owns a boat in the Frankston area able to take us out on Thursday or Friday this week? I normally lb fish or go out with Reel Time but obviously due to Covid I can't. Got some annual leave and notice conditions are pretty good this week. By end of week rules are 2ppl and radius changes...

Re: Winter Westernport Trip
Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated. A general area to fish will help big time. So anywhere south of the yaringa entrance or easterly across but not north of the entrance. The boat company should tell us where we can go anyway and I think it's no more than 2miles

Winter Westernport Trip
Hey guys. Deciding to take my daughter out of the house for some fishing on westernport this coming Tuesday. Will be hiring off yaringa boat hire. Have not fished that area before and was wondering what areas to target for flathead, squid, whiting and if possible a gummy this time of year though the...
