There’s a lot of agricultural land that has been handed down through multiple generations of the same family the land value would be in the millions. I mean, some chose their career paths, most had it handed to them on a silver platter, none of them are forced to continue doing what they are doing yet most ask for hand outs. Aren't the bream at Docklands quite finicky? I've hook a decent size (I'm guessing about 35cm) but it broke off as soon as it hit the surface D:.
