A decent sized stingray will outdo any novice fisherman. With ease. If you really want to catch them go to westerport and throw a line in with some fresh bait. Guaranteed a ray or bajo shark.... I dare say that rays is less about skill and more about gear..have the wrong gear and it's not even wort...
