Also i was meant to go up North around this time but my mate that lives in the area said there was heaps of rain LBG season has been average. Will go next year

when you have onshore wind you need to use the wash to swim your bait out and downgrade on your float. I usually get a cigar float and cut it in half to make a smaller one.

TLD 50 should do the job, just done use line heavier than 50lb and correct drag setting and you should be fine. Too much drag can potentially damage the graphite frame. I have a TLD50 which I haven't used yet. I mostly use my Penn International VSW 30 as it has similar line capacity and its easier t...
