The boat was recovered in Glenroy with no apparent damage and all gear present. A great result and a credit to the power of social media.

the other thing to consider is all the recent rain we have had. Is the boat under cover? If not, id be checking all you deck fill points (including breathers) At the same time, keep an eye on when you wash the boat, if you hose over breathers/deck fill points. Horrible! In a similar vein, I'd be concerned about China's multi million dollar investments in Fiji and Vanuatu. These are Australasia's pacific neighbors, and "nirvana" for a large group of recreational fishers. Even those of us who cannot get there for that dream trip understand that these place...

Thanks for the report Nude up - that looks like a nice feed of Flatties! I'd love to know what pulled the hooks. That fine green weed is a patience tester at the moment.
