Re: Kayak Upgrades - Hobie Compass
Great advice there Tim, and liking the setup with the raised rod holders. I've recently added a little cable tie which helps stop the esky sliding backwards and also aim to stick some Hobie Sidekick ama's behind the seat when the next come into stock (Hobie Asia Pacific reckons by early 2024). You ...

The other option is Satellite phone. It really depends on how ...

Decaying oil tanker's Potential Environmental disaster
Incredible in this day and age something like this, that may be bigger than the Exxon Valdez spill can drag on with no action taken. The impact on all Marine Life and People could be horrific. As if we don't have enough Global issues to deal with already. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-5...

Good way to unwind at the end of the day.
Get some fresh fish and exercise at the same time.

Great Whites are known for their breaching, so it's possible the kid was hanging over the edge or who knows what? It is estimated they can travel around 35+Km when breaching Check this footage out: https://youtu.be/pgYmY6--DjI The Breach on this one from NZ is at 6.37 https://youtu.be/T_pb-zoHZxM

The Shark was going after his catch, pretty standard. Happens a fair bit especially if your catch is bleeding and they are around with very good ability to smell the blood and sometimes they can see the injured fish (or human flapping about looking injured). Probably a bit of an initial shock, some ...

It's bad enough that businesses all over Melbourne will be killed off as a result of the second lockdown, there's no need to inflict that on regional businesses too by spreading the virus through rural Victoria as well. I'm no finance expert but listening to this interview about our economy going i...
