There should be plenty of salmon in the inlet. Best time is low tide and walk down casting lures into the chanel.
I normally just troll this stretch of beach alot of the time with in casting distance of the bank.

Iv been running the quantum smoke now for a couple months and i cant fault it.

I use a willson lure retrieving pole. Iv never had it not work or lost a lure since having it. Its so much better and quicker than the weight on a line.

So i bought some ssp fibre glide the other day recommended to me by my local tackle shop owner. Was wondering if anyone in here has given it ago?

Thanks for the replys everyone. Im not sure what the river is like on there property or how much access there is. Hopefully i can get down there in the next couple of months and sus it all out.
