If you hit up a beach try and find a gutter or a rip to cast into, fish like that sort of structure so it'll work better than just flinging baits as far as you can from some random spot. The back beaches along there should produce gummies. Maybe do some squidding during the day off one of the jetties and then take your squid to the back beaches and use them as gummy bait. Hey all me and my dad are keen for a fish today but are unsure of were to fish we are thinking Queensclif of Blairgowrie. We haven't been to Queensclif for years but had some success when we went there. Reply's are very much appreciated and tips are to.

I have only once caught a redfin in the Yarra it was by the bakery at Warrandyte. It was small and caught on a spinner, tried heaps more to catch one but never seen one again, never seem to have luck in the Yara.
