Are they doing works at Werribee?

If so, why do they work during peak season? Why don't they complete all works well prior to peak season?

I was going to say just keep soaking it, but if the inner sheath is a material other than metal, such as nylon, soaking in petrol might cause the material to sweal.

Are they meant to be stuck in there?

I'm not sure how fast I was moving, I never have this problem so I don't worry about moving too fast. Probably between 5 to 10 knots
