Re: Plolarised Lens Colour

I've tried Mako's (blue tinge) and Spotters (brown lens). They are all ok but years ago I had a pair of "snow" sunnies that were polarised and had a yellow lens. They were the best, it was like life was coloured with a Fluor highlighter pen. Next time I shop for fishing sunnies I'll try for a yellow...

Re: Drama this mornin

That’s great. Ha ha I’ve had the same shenanigans tangles and nets and lines and burley buckets many times. Last time I lost my first ever Kingfish because I never tightened the handle properly on my new fancy net. So when I was - rod in one hand with a 80cm kingy thrashing around right at the boat ...

Re: Today at the ramp.

Good on you RB, it’s always nice to know there are good people around. I was at bunnings Sunday and a fella with his little daughter in the trolley there saw my wife and I talking about our purchase and offered his Ute to help us get it home. We didn’t need his help but we thanked him and we were bo...

Re: What is this ?

Thanks fellas, definitely no black spot like the butterfly Perch I saw on google images. But it does look like a Pink Maomao I saw on google in the same search ? They did have a bright blue strip under each eye, but it's not so prominent in my picture. Most of the fishes I got yesterday were baro tr...

Re: What is this ?

Good idea. Normally I return it and the other tools (stainless long nose pliers and hook removal tool) into the tool post. But like usual I was solo yesterday and busier than a one legged man in a bum kicking contest, had 3 and 4 rods out at a time and was kept busy with big blue throat, mackerel an...
