take the sinker out adn use weights that are smaller to hang off the clip, like the emeraldas ones do, or cut it down.

I have the same problems - I've tried the FG knot quite a fer times, but 50% of the time it just seems to unravel. I'm sure I'm randomly doing something fundamentally wrong, but can't figure out what... Mike. Practice on wire and rope. Aka 50lb leader and 50lb braid. That way you can see the knots ...

I use the Albright if time is of the essence have you had it come undone before? ive lost a few lures due to that hence why im hesitant to use it nowdays. cast, and lure is gone like being busted off, but alw...

fg works well in thicker sized leaders, they were mainly designed for popping. works well and easy to tie when your using 50lb leadesr etc. but PITA when using for finesse. I've got an fg on my ulfs rod 6lb braid and leader it's much the same! I have up on Albright after losing a white sephia on a ...
