I run 4lb trilene ,with 10pound leader on a 1000 Sienna on a shimano Sahara, n wilsion blue steel. Lighter the line the heavy the plastic feels n cast further... Soooo annoying when theres 2 blokes with 4 rods each, 4 floats out with squid spikes taking up the whole end of the pier...

If you're going to use floats make sure you keep them fairly close together and don't let them drift all over the place blocking other people from casting
