Re: Brimbank Park Fishing (Western Suburbs)
If it is a steep drop off from the bank, make sure you fish very close to the bank. The fish will be cruising the edges right at your feet...

You may have just learnt something else about “the code” without knowing it...it may be better to sleep in on those days when the barometer is so low. You would have been doing it tougher than usual today. I’m sure you’ll smash them next outing though mate.

Re: Evinrude E-TEC G2 140hp Questions
I don’t know about that donk specifically, but generally speaking, I really don’t understand why anybody would bother purchasing a 2-stroke in this day and age. The pro’s of a 4-stroke far outweigh anything a 2-stroke could bring to the table. Am I missing something?

That’s pretty cool Re-tyred! How big must some of those kingies be if they’re chasing 60cm salmon? Wow.
Have you tried any livies, either at anchor or trolling?

Cant help with build quality, coke cans aint normally my thing. But... Stacer, Savage and Quintrex are all Telwater brands. Build is much of a muchness between the 3, actual hull design is where the 3 differ with Savage being the most basic and budget. Stacer the midrange with moderate flares, vari...
