sorry to say "quenton " but don't waste your time, I was there on 4th feb. Lake has blue green algae and a general depth of 1,7mts. was also 24 degrees. So its low, warm and green. correct, you want the 5 or so days leading up to the "NEW MOON" and a couple days after. They take advantage of the darkest time of the month to migrate from the estuary on a run out tide.
