The DPI prediction was based on the spawning results.
Nothing cyclic about it, there were years of failed spawns due to dredging.
You can clearly see the big size gap in the current snapper stocks.

Squid, KGW, flathead, snapper, gummies salmon all going great. This has been the second best year I can remember. WP was exceptional for snapper this year and KGW. All indications it will be a great season for Kings too. The only issue this season was the wind and not being able to get on the water.

Very common to paint a rusted trailer for the purpose of making it look pretty for sale.
Trailers are typically given the least attention although a very expensives and key part of the purchase.
I bet you wont make that mistake when buying a boat again.

September was the last stocking that I am aware of.
I have there about 10 times since then and caught only one small trout not long after it was stocked.

Plenty of octane booster still available best one on the market is Nulon Pro strenght and the wyns racing formular is very good also.

It was a huge surprise to me as well.
