Werribee South landbased last night
Made a late and unorganised decision to fish werribee south last night. Ended up fishing the beach between the rock wall and the river and ended up with 2 gummies on the run in tide. Both fish taken on servo squid within minutes of each other. I was shattered i didn't organise burley and proper bait...

Was certainly due to the rocks. Whatever is was ran low and hard straight through the rocks. Was probably 5 metres or so of line that was frayed. It is certainly was keeps us going back!

Was about 7:30pm. 15lb mono main with 40lb leader.

Been off the grid for a little while and decided it was time to get out. Usually fish werribee south but headed to Williamstown Beach off the rocks. found out the boat trip is on. But was planning of fishing the rock wall but had a quick session at campbells cove.... tide was all wrong so come home. As to if you are allowed I doubt it as it is very well fenced. There will be plenty of sessions to come for me

Looks like the trip i was invited on tomorrow morning outside the heads is cancelled... so going to give it another crack tonight!

Left at about 3am and nothing landed. Once monster run on a small whole squid fished close to shore... but failed connect. Constant little touches all night... put it down to crabs mostly but woke this morning and thought maybe squid considering a few in the area. Might be back today!

Was hoping for a gummy with high tide around midnight and fairly choppy... but just losing baits to pickers
