Hey guys, I headed out to the Goulburn River near Shepparton yesterday. Fished from 10am until around 4pm. Managed to get 2 decent yellowbelly (41 cm and 43cm) and 2 small cod. Bugatti I’ll probably just stuff it with lemon wedges and rosemary, wrap it in foil and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
I’d much prefer to cook it under hot coals but won’t have the time to get a fire going.
