Good idea this. Easy to police. Fish within 10 km (this gets me to my local ) or some other distance of your home address? And obviously continue with social distancing and gathering rules.

This is getting pretty hard now. Being stuck home with young kids is hard. Not being able to even go for a drive down the beach is extreme and not scientifically important in virus control. We'll probably lose more young people to suicide than we save in elderly or immune compromised people. I don'...
