yeah, it was definitely the ugliest carp i'd caught, and it smelt worst then it looked! i was using a 2-4kg rod on a 2000 reel with 6lb braid and 8lb leader.

Snapper upgrade 49cm. Live from patto. Not the target but who's complaining? Bastard (or one of his friends) nearly took my whiting rod but busted me off on the first run. Then came back for seconds on the surf rod. Squid head for bait
