Picked this redfin up about five minutes after I started fishing (approx 1045am). I made sure its nose was on the zero but could have had it placed better on the mat (higher).

Then not another fish until the end! A couple bites and was busted off once. The fish was not that big and I have a feeling either my knot was crap or my Daiwa fluro leader is crap. Still a good day though.
cheers
Jim

Nice reddie Jim, a least you got on the board, I got your donuts for the challenge this time, although I didn't put that much of an effort in ;) cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

great looking reddie Jim

As I suspected, I couldn't get out for a fish over the weekend, my money goes to supporting a good cause.

I was very tempted to come back to the river for the day Dave. Instead I thought I would go it alone and have a good crack at it. Before too long I rang my mate and he came down for the arvo! Thus ended the seriousness!!!! :-D I got it in the Stewart just south of Murchison (2 channels).
cheers
