Car stash

Post by jason_bray » Sat Oct 20, 2018 5:32 pm

Hey everyone curious to know what everyone keeps in the trunks of the car. Rod, lures etc. I keep a shimano telescopic rod with a few sp's and hb's, spare line, various hooks and sinkers with some dried up worms and a swiss army knife. Never know when you are going to drive past a good spot :)
I don't exaggerate... I just remember BIG.

I keep one of these behind the back seat. I also have a few different lures and some hooks and sinkers just in case I brake down near some water.

They used to have them at Bcf for about $130 but I'm not sure if they still have them. I actually got it at a garage sale one day for only $8 still brand new been never used :super:

What the hell is a trunk on a car?

I keep nothing in mine. Don't trust anyone to not get into the tub under the hardlid. Thanks to the electric rear window nothing at all fits behind the rear bench seat and my 2 piece rods sit in full view of everyone on top of the rear seat behind the headrests. Just screams steal this **** way to much for comfort. Used to have a rod and tackle bag full of lures in the boot when I had a sedan

The ML/MN GLX-R Triton's don't have that luxury, sadly. Ample room under the front seats for up to 4 3700 sized Plano boxes though

Also had a glxr. That window was the ducks guts. Spewing they didn’t continue it on the new triton. Btw, had plenty of room behind the seat :·)
