Using 1 bait decreases chances of different species. Myself i like to take out pillies pippies mussel squid and then i have a chance to catch anything.
Pinkies on a tide change. Whiting/squid in between tides. Gummies at night or early morning. I also pump bass yabbies as they are dynamite on whiting after dark.

Good luck on finding a fishen buddy. Maybe be open yo trying new things. Thats how we learn

Yep, I believe there was a few issues to iron out with the new boat!
Lol that wasn't my boat was my step daughters was 4th time out,the bloody choke stuck on (was the main problem) and we also knocked a main wire under dash when stowing gear. All sorted now just gotta convince them to go out again.
My boat getting there doing electrics ATM, installed navigation lights, got most of my safety gear so hopefully not too much longer

I see, that makes sense now haha.

Thanks for that.

I need help identifying the size of the hooks and how much bait you use on them. Primarly the 1, 1/0, 2/0 and 3/0

Any help you guys can give?
What bait were you thinking of using mate?
There was a strong South Westerly wind yesterday at Hampton but the waves were too strong. What km/h would be a good wind speed for it to catch Pinkies, Banjo etc
