You should have asked mate. What if its a big fine.
well it is what it is purple......it comes and we split the bill .

We cant change it ......I see idiots get caught in the marine park all the time....dont think thats to much

I think if the chances of catching a Barra are better why wouldn't you take the risk so what happens if they fine you but you stay there the rest of the day surely you can't be fined again for the same offence if you haven;t moved!

So a mate and i fished for about 8 hours on sunday. Unfortunatly no fish. Fisheries were out and about stopped every other boat we could see but vdrove past us.
Sounded plenty of fish across the lake but no intrest. Tried lots of diffrent options , lures, retrieval speed etc.
Warmest water we got was 32deg. Still no luck tho.
Hopefully get anotger spot in the ballot and try again

Hey chaps, I'm out on the pondage right now. Got nothing in four hours. Not one bite. Any instructions?

find the hotter water. Sound up fish and then go cast at them. The other thing is that a lot of fish (ive read) have been coming within 15mtrs of the banks

We tried today, wind came up chased us off the water. Spent a couple of hours for zip. Plenty of fish hanging on the ledges. No problem finding 30c plus water but no bites. Walked into the creek on the other side of the closed zone and fished from the bank, no takers in there either.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.
