What The Hell Is This???????

Once i caught this weird looking thing no clue what it is. It says Toadfish only grow to 15cm and pufferfish grow to 15 as well but this was 30+.
It puffed up so probably one of thos annoying gut hooking species.
If you can zoom on the fish species map thing.
