I pay $20 at Mt Martha marina and that's a marina $20 for Hobsons bay boat ramps that's a rip off there all theift now days.

StKilda is $14 (and no annual fee option unless you store your boat)...unfortunately there are no fish cleaning facilities

Amazing how they are free in NSW the money pumped into the local area would far outweigh the revenue raised.
