Post by russellh2 » Tue Oct 17, 2017 11:38 am

Need some help!!!
I am trying to buy a single spare wheel and tyre for my boat trailer.
Existing wheels are - 10" x 3.5" aluminium, embossed with "Performance"
Have tried to Google with out success /// Ebay same result.
Am located near Albury/Wodonga, travel to Melbourne frequently.

TIA

Not sure what boat trailer you have but generally on normal trailers you need to work out what hubs you have fitted holden, ford, datsun.... then if your only using it as a spare and are not fussed if it looks the same you should be able to pick one up from ebay/gumtree to suit you needs.

The only other option is next time your in Melbourne bring one down with you and visit the trailer manufacturer or marine shop and see if they can chase one down for you.

carac in Dandenong will have them mate, or try spinny things in pakenham and trailer repair centre in braeside
they are light truck tyres that go on them and are also very hard to find and expensive..

i would see if you can upgrade the wheels to 13 inch mate providing theres room under the guards, it will be a lot easier to find parts and a tyre if you have a blowout.
my old trailer had these wheels and i had to look around quite a bit to find spares.

Wheels are 5 stud pattern with 63mm measured stud centre to stud centre - I think are Holden.
