Life Update

Post by donutcrooks » Thu Oct 19, 2017 7:30 pm

Hello everyone,
As most of you know I have been fishing as much as I can but lately there has been no time. I started my apprenticeship back in April and lately it has been going crazy at work and I work 50+ hours and 6 days a week. I would love to see all the photos of your fish you have all caught! Every fish I see on here makes me crave it more and more.

Hope you are all well!

Do the hours while your young, it can set you up for later in life.
Pump the extra on your mortgage, if you have one.
I was earning more in my 30's, than I am now.
When your my age (63) overtime does not seem so important.

Same here, best I can manage is occasional charter, but being self-employed while the money keeps flowing I have to keep scooping with my bucket.
This type of sacrifice has enabled me to pay off my cars and house by age 40, now it's all about setting up my kids' future and building security.

Its all a matter of priorities.
Carer over a habby.
Sometimes a hobby takes 3 or 4th seat in the list if things.
At 63 i hape to be partially retired and can do lot more fishing. I dont think i could keep working the way i do for another 30 years. Mind you it adds up already been doing it for 16 years lol
