you luck sod..
good luck, tamboon is a magical place, make sure you dont forget to turn off at the camp site, otherwise you will find out the hard way that doing a U turn in the rainforests isnt an easy task....
ps if you can make it then i recomend the sand dunes its awsome!!!

I'm told by one of the locals the fishing is pretty poor at the moment... Hopefully I can have a surf fish if it's within an easy walk distance?purple5ive wrote:you luck sod..

In my experience, there is no such thing as "poor" fishing in that part of the world - you just have to be creative and think about your options when a particular / well known location or species isn't firing. For example, if the bream are not on, try casting the sand flats for flathead, or head up river for perch / bass in the snags. Or maybe try a rock edge for luderick, etc, etc.

The bream are damn quick around here. Smashing baits in the blink of an eye.
I surely will mate. Hoping I can get myself some prawns too! Would top off the seafood bonanza. Might be a couple days too early before the new moon though.Lightningx wrote:Looks like you’re having a blast  enjoy he fresh fish tonight
