Nah mate 30 knot winds today so I tried a LB place that DougieK told me about. Apparently in it's day it was the best LB game fishing spot in Australia and still is right up there.. although today definitely not. According to a local there whos been fishing there for 30 years said the green water currently there pretty much meant the fishing is going to be less than ideal. On top of that, sweep in plague proportions were annihilating the sabikis rigs which meant no fresh slimys, yakkas, salmon or any other ideal bait was around. I threw a slug around for about an hour or so to no avail..Lightningx wrote:Are you on the water today Kim?
Awesome spot though absolutely magical.
Gonna head back to Gippsland waters tonight and give the prawns a real red hot crack

Was just thinking I gotta go up that way and get myself some prawns too one day. The missus is keen to give it a go as well
