Doesn’t surprise me so much hero factor in the fishing media. Read an editorial in a magazine where the editor was taking a not so subtle shot at a “wannabe fishing celebrity” about posting pictures of his bag of whiting on his bait board while he is standing behind. Aaron Habgood posts a lot of those promoting his guiding and joint venture salt guide. Each to their own I suppose.
Some of the best content I’ve seen on insta is probably Al Mcglashans

Re: Instagram
Considering I’ve recently joined Instagram properly I may aswell give it a plug here.
Myself and a couple of mates have gotten right into American bbq and after competing with another team a couple of months back we’ve all invested in offsets and have made our own Comp team. First Comp is in a few weeks.

Here’s some pork belly I did yesterday to get a feel for what we are doing.
We are currently building content then we’ll start doing some giveaways etc. check us out.

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Re: Instagram
I grew up with a weber but never tried low and slow in it. I have looked into these kettle kones and now I’m keen to grab one for kettle fried chicken. Check out the vortex method for hot and snake method for low and slow. You can do a lot with them.Kimtown wrote:American bbq seems to be a bit of a craze atmducky wrote:Considering I’ve recently joined Instagram properly I may aswell give it a plug here.
