I was cutting them into chunks do you recommend strips?
Well I have had a lot of success doing it that way and threading it on.
Okay I will marinate it in garlic, do you use bait buddy at all?
Did you end up marinating it in garlic. Think a tuna oil might be a good marinade if garlic doesn’t work.
Yes I used garlic but it was falling apart on the hook, am I supposed to place it in the fridge the day before?

Never had trouble with chicken falling apart. Can only assume it’s not properly thawed out (?).

Keep your baits and hooks tiny and fish as light as you can. And burley.
What is the proper way to thaw out, I am guessing to just place it in the fridge?
I haven’t done anything special in the past. Just placed it back in the freezer after I’m done with it.

In terms of the garlic why do you do that?
I just use the chicken as it is and have never had a problem with it.
Sometimes I use a bit of tuna oil in my burley but that’s about it.

I saw a video from the Hook and the Cook where they marinated it in garlic, can you confirm I need to refrigerate it before using it?

Leave it in the sun so it dries up and stays on the hook better

What do you mean mate?
Just buy it from coles or whatever and use it and then after just freeze it for next time?
Is it that hard???

I personally wouldn’t even marinate it in garlic and prepare it that way if all you are trying to catch is some mullets.

Okay I will just use it as is, I think next time I will place it in the fridge the day before I use it as it was just breaking apart when I was cutting it.

Are you cutting it with a knife or a brick?
