Very interesting denis , , , , would have been a great experience.
I always try and pick up tips, especially from Pros.
I snell my circle hooks by entering the eye of the hook from the back of the hook.
I noticed with the Pro's Circle hooks, their line enters the eye of the hook from the front of the hook and not the back.
This makes a lot of sense.
The "inside" flow from the line to hook is smoother , , , , and doesn't have the eye lug interfering "flow" , , , , makes sense that it would flow around the corner of the fish's mouth smoother and hence more chance of hooking up.
Also, the hook would rotate towards the point rather than away from the point, and hence a better chance of a hook up.
I know, I have been converted
How does everyone else tie their circle hooks?
Cheers, Bugatti
