Yeah at station pier. Planing for Mordialloc pier on Saturday, the thing I am at Melton I can't drive to there. I wish someone in this forum have a boat and live in Melton can pick me up and take fishing with him/her targeting squid on morning and snapper after squid. Lol
Just remember if you’re going to fish from station pier the drop down to the water is quite a way so if you catch something decent you will need a long net or cliff gaff to bring it up :) I have had this experience many times fishing from the end of that pier :P
I don't have net. My line is 13kg so it able hold big snapper in place as I keep the pressure as I pull the fish up slowly
Ok good luck with that method mate. Hope the hooks don’t fall out and the fish is hooked well.
