Mastering garfish with float set up....
just buy the pre made rigs from bcf and off you go, its probably the easiest fish to catch, and great fun for kids as well..
Tryed that plenty of times no good....
I feel you bowl...
Something that looks so easy to others can be the hardest thing for us. Hence this thread.
Same with me and the breams. A lot of people catching breams on lures so easily, yet I'm struggling. Not meant to be a bream fisherman I guess.

catching a cod on a sub surface lure!
What lures fall into the sub surface category? I was talking to tackle store guy today and asked him as I wondered if wake baits were sub surface. He thought they would be classified as surface; and that some shallow running swimbaits are sub surface. What have you tried anyway?

As for my too hard basket.....losing weight so I can fish better spots. May finally be on track but.
Cheers

Realises that I will have more chance with sexy detective chick from the Budget Direct ad if I lose weight (am over Trivago chick...don't like her fkn hair anymore).

Big snapper here too. Some ripper tips on here guys keep em coming. I fish only salt will try gars this winter then probably light shore slow for flathead salmon mulloway. Mastered whiting gummy & squid I feel. For kings & tuna I need a mate with a boat :-)
