Whiting / Snapper Flashers

Post by karlws » Fri Sep 20, 2019 5:07 pm

Hi in an effort to expand my fishing enjoyment I have decided to try and conjure up some of my own whiting and snapper snatchers. I have most of the material and equipment needed from research but I need to know what type of cotton do I use?
Thanks in advance..... Karl

I think cotton would be too thick. Some people snell the flashabau on with mono, I use fly tying thread https://www.troutlore.com.au/product/ve ... ead-black/

Then coat the thread in this to protect it and glue it all together
