water and oil never mix well so the burly i make like the stimulate burly just a fine mix , mix the breadcrumbs and water first then add the tuna oil as you mix

Actually opposite. You want a dark brown and very thick. Anything that looks like new motor oil ain't tuna oil, or atleast not straight tuna oil.
