Structure scan isn't something really needed for fishing the bay.
It's one of those things that is very usefull when targeting fish such as cod, bream and bass.
As these fish live in structure/snags.
In saying that, if I had it, I would use it.

i know there are alot boat operators that use 16mg radio's in bermagui that dont have a radio licence and still use radios
i been going to bermagui for 20 years and never seen it enforced
