Probably phasing out the "Ray" name, they sell the same stuff more or less in competition with it self ?
Makes sense to consolidate and cut out the double expenses in running two brand names under the same banner.

Not likely. They have and clearly continuing the re-branding of Rays stores into BCFs though.
