Ice baths are really good I have one after a tough game. Really helps with recovery

No fish :(

One guy on the pier, said he had a few squid but his bucket was empty. Hit brighton afterwards, also no fish.

Me being me completely forgot to put the baits in my little bait fridge this morning and didn't realise until I was on the pier, so it was squid jigs and salmon slugs at Blackrock. Picked up some servo pillies taht were basically mush (seaford bait) and some squid which didn't even get looked at.

On the upside, the new nitro casts a 3 ounce sinker like a freaking dream.
