The first time you do it you think your heart is going to stop and you can't really breathe properly. It is however THE BEST way to not feel like you've been runover by a truck after a hard night sparring.
Given the current conditions I might go fishing and just jump in instead.

No fish
One guy on the pier, said he had a few squid but his bucket was empty. Hit brighton afterwards, also no fish.
Me being me completely forgot to put the baits in my little bait fridge this morning and didn't realise until I was on the pier, so it was squid jigs and salmon slugs at Blackrock. Picked up some servo pillies taht were basically mush (seaford bait) and some squid which didn't even get looked at.
On the upside, the new nitro casts a 3 ounce sinker like a freaking dream.
