Looks like you prefer noddles then.
for the reels, look at the new Daiwa Legalis or Exceller LT reels in 2000 or 2500 sizes, generation black reels in 2000 (if you buy them from motackle you also get a free custom project spool, pick the 2004) or the shimano stradic ci4 in 2500
spending higher then aim for a luvias/certate in 2000/2004 sizes

Meaning it bends alot
Starts to bend before the middle of the rod compare to fast action rods that bend 2 or 3 guidesfrom.the top

I’m pretty sure that what I bought bends just 1/3 from the top and is quite stiff ( does it mean it’s fast?)
Bottom 1/3 is one piece and 2/3 of the top is another.

Quite easy on the eye, but the bag/pouch ... well what the hell were they thinking?

I’m pretty sure what I have bends 1/3 from the top.also bottom 1/3 is one part and 2/3 is top part. It’s Prestatyn stuff. ( does it mean it’s a fast rod?) The rod is easy on an eye, but the bag/ pouch what were they thinking?
