Had a cracking session this afternoon and evening. I was land based, Snowy River.
Started off with plenty of small stuff and the bream began to get bigger as it grew darker.
Just as it was almost too dark to see properly I got my best of the day. On the mat at 46cm, my new personal best.
Hands were shaking a bit when I took some photos. Only one was clear enough to publish.
Don't know if I should have called him Donkey. Shrek may have been better!

Well done Whiskers. I have a mate up your way that swears by using small fresh water yabbies, unweighted and pinned through the tail for big bream baits. If you see a likely hole or ledge then just drop one down and hang on. Might be worth a try if you wanna try something different. Congrats on your new PB. All the best mate; worm farm still going strong.

Not sure what my previous best was Jim. Probably 37 or 38 cm. This one was waaaay bigger, so on the brag mat he went!
