PB snapper
PB snapper
It's always unpleasant losing a fish, as my brother did on our last session (especially if it is a metre(ish) long mulloway that you managed to get out from under some serious pylons and up to the top, only for the hook pull at the last second - enough said). But there are still some pleasant surprises for those willing to stick it out for the long (and cold!) haul in our metro areas. (I did five fish-less trips before getting this, by the way) - here it is, a snapper I caught recently somewhere along one of our fine local rivers - after hours of waiting without bites, the sound of the screaming bait runner was welcome indeed. The autumn leaves say it all (and at 50 cm and 2kg - a PB for me).

Re: PB snapper
Ripper PB mate! It's so much more special especially after a few rounds of donuts. How are you gonna cook it?

Re: PB snapper
This one was just done with cornflour, lemon and salt (and a said of caramelised onion and roasted root vegetables).
