They were swaming all around my boat today just like the other day, there definitely good size ones, I haven't bothered to catch any as yet more concentrating on try to get a bag of whiting, I fished from 10am to 2pm got 15 whiting and 1 Red mullet. Next time might concentrate on the gars.

Mini marlin! Bait or a feed mate? Good fun...but often ends up messy :) Baits need to be very small, but I find a bit of chicken, pippi or freshly caught flatty fillet usually brings them unstuck. Burley is a must. They're a great fish to get kids onto I reckon.

Boat,@boonanza, but with in easy kayak paddle distance. 
Red hunter, gummy /Red bait.
Never tryed gars for eating.
Buckle&scream what kind of boat You have, probably drove straight past ya

Never tried gars for eating? They are delicious! Probably one of my favourites. It's right up there.

Yeah you probley did, I got a 5meter hains hunter, was only 2 boats next to me at the start then they all left But I stayed put the burley kept bringing back to me
