Hey guys going to try and chase some jewies tonight with a mate in the tinny down the yarra besides liveys and vibes has anyone got any suggestions as to what works well for them?

Yeah elusive for a reason.....but this year has apparently been one of the best seasons to target them!

Be keen to hear how you go and how you went about it Nick. I've tried and failed over the years, but others do well at it.

Seems to me that livies account for most of the captures, but a bit to be said about the smell coming off a fresh mullet fillet drifting down the trail. The bigger paddle tailed sp's have a good rep of late too.
